羟基乙酸化学脱皮术治疗妇女黄褐斑的疗效和安全性的初步研究

A preliminary trial of glycolic acid chemical peeling in the treatment of female melasma

目的 : 探讨羟基乙酸化学脱皮治疗妇女黄褐斑的疗效和安全性。方法 : 35例女性黄褐斑患者先用 8%羟基乙酸霜治疗 2周 ,继而每周以 2 0 %的羟基乙酸乳液化学脱皮一次。两次化学脱皮期间仍外用 8%羟基乙酸。治疗 4次后判断疗效。结果 : 基本治愈 4例 (11.4 % ) ,显效 8例 (2 2 .9% ) ,有效 17例 (48.6 % ) ,无效 6例 (17.1% )。结论 : 羟基乙酸化学脱皮可以安全有效的治疗妇女黄褐斑。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of glycolic acid chemical peeling in the treatment of female melasma.Methods: Thirty-five women with melasma were recruited in the study. 8% glycolic acid cream was applied on the lesions for 2 weeks followed by chemical peeling with 20% glycolic acid cream. The chemical peeling was performed weekly for 4 weeks. The treatment with 8% glycolic acid remained during the chemical peeling period.Results: Four patients were almost cured. There were great improvement in 8 cases, moderate improvement in 17 and no change in 6. Conclusion : Glycolic acid chemical peeling is effective and safe in the treatment of female melasma patients.
