摘要
针对目前采用PLC进行控制都是通过PLC与外部物体直接连线的方法不安全、成本高、效率低的缺点 ,本文提出了面向对象的PLC控制系统的计算机仿真方法 ,既能够减少成本 ,又能够减少故障发生的几率 ,还能够进行模拟故障试验 ,使得在正式将PLC用于实际控制时能够安全地运行。
This essay offers a method called object-oriented computer-simulation of PLC control system,which can decrease the cost,eliminate the probability of failure happening and carry on the mock failure experiments,in term of the faults such as no security,high cost and low efficiency just by linking PLC with external objects directly at present when controlling in PLC.This method can make PLC work in security when PLC is formally used in practical control.
