部分鸡品种血浆胆固醇含量比较研究

Comparison on the Cholesterol Content of Plasma in some Fowl Breeds

本试验对乌骨鸡、仙居鸡、萧山鸡、隐性白鸡血浆胆固醇含量进行了测定。结果表明:血浆胆固醇的含量从高到低依次为乌骨鸡,仙居鸡,隐性白鸡,萧山鸡,其中,乌骨鸡与隐性白鸡、萧山鸡,仙居鸡与萧山鸡间差异显著(p<0.05),其它鸡种间差异不显著。血浆胆固醇含量在性别间也存在差异,即公鸡高于母鸡。此外,研究还发现:利用血浆胆固醇含量作为辅助标志从理论上可以用于改进肉品中的胆固醇含量。

The cholesterol content of plasma in varied fowl breeds were tested.It showed that the cholesterol content of Silkies,Xianju chickens,Yinxingbai chickens,Xiaoshan chickens formed a high-to lor order.The cholesterol content of plasma in Silkies was significantly higher than one of Yinxingbai chickens,Xiaoshan chickens(p<0.05).And the cholesterol content of plasma in Xianju chickens was significantly higher than Xiaoshan chickens(p<0.05).While no significant difference in the cholesterol content of plasma was observed between male and female except for Xiaoshan chickens.Additionally,the result showed that it was possible to improve meat quality by indirect selecting cholesterol content of plasma.
