朗格汉斯细胞增生症1例

A case of Langerhans 'cell histiocytosis

报告1例朗格汉斯细胞增生症。患者男,34岁。因多饮、多尿23年,左腹股沟溃疡1年余入院。曾患多发性骨嗜酸粒细胞肉芽肿。组织病理检查示真皮内大量胞质丰富、核呈肾形的朗格汉斯细胞浸润。电镜检查在增生细胞内见Birbeck颗粒。

A34-year-old male patient had polydipsia and polyuria for23years and left inguinal ulcer for1year with the history of multiple eosinophilic granulomas on several bones.HE-stained sections of the lesion revealed dense infiltration of Langerhans'cells in dermis,which had abundant cytoplasm and kidney-shaped nucleus.The diagnosis was made by showing intracytoplasmic Birbeck granules under electron microscopy.
