神经性皮炎与心理因素的相关研究

Correlation between neurodermatitis and psychological factors

目的 : 研究心理因素在神经性皮炎发病中的作用。方法 : 用抑郁自评量表 (SDS)、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)和生活事件量表对 16 0例神经性皮炎患者进行心理因素有关项目测定 ,并与 2 0 1例手、足癣患者作对照。结果 : 病例组与对照组SDS、SAS标准总分有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。神经性皮炎患者普遍存在抑郁和焦虑情绪 ,加用相应的抗抑郁和焦虑治疗后 ,效果明显。结论 : 神经性皮炎患者的发病与心理因素有关 ,在治疗时应加以重视。

Objective:To investigate the role of psychic factors in development of neurodermatitis. Methods:Psychological factors were assessed in 160 cases of neurodermatitis by means of Self-assessing Depression Scale (SDS), Self assessing Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Daily-life-events Scale, and compared with 201 cases with tinea manus and tinea pedis. Results: There was significant difference in total scores of SDS and SAS between the study group and the control group. Patients with neurodematitis frequently experienced depression and anxiety, and anti-depression or anti-anxiety treatment were helpful. Conclusion : Psychic factors is associated with the development of neurodermatitis.
