摘要
报告 1例原发性皮肤恶性淋巴瘤。患者 ,女 ,14岁 ,左侧面部进行性肿胀 3年余。病理报告为原发性皮肤CD30阳性大细胞淋巴瘤 (PCCD30 + -LCL)。免疫组化染色示瘤细胞CD30阳性、CD4 5RO、CD2 0阴性。采用COP方案及CHOP -B方案化疗各 1次后 ,效果较好 ,后失访。
A fourteen year old female patient with progressive swelling of the left face for more than 3 years was presented. Biopsy revealed primary cutaneous CD30 + large cell lymphoma (PCCD30 +-LCL). Immunohistochemical stains indicated tumor cell was positive for CD30 + and negative for CD45RO and CD20. Based on these findings, a diagnosis of primary cutaneous CD30 + large cell lymphoma was made. Chemotherapy of COP and CHOP B regimens was applied, which showed a good result.
