尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎患者的心理调查分析

Analysis on the psychological state of patients with post-urethritis chronic prostatitis

目的 : 了解淋病或 (和 )非淋菌性尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎患者的心理状态 ,为临床心理治疗提供依据。方法 : 采用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )对 135例淋病或 (和 )非淋菌性尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎患者进行测试。结果 : 淋病或 (和 )非淋菌性尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎患者SCL 90中的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性因子分 ,显著高于中国男性常模 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 : 淋病或 (和 )非淋菌性尿道炎后慢性前列腺炎患者具有明显的心理障碍 ,对其除进行常规医学诊断与治疗以外 ,还需进行必要的心理治疗。

Objective:To understand the psychological status of patients with post urethritis chronic prostatitis.Methods:Patients with post urethritis chronic prostatitis were assessed and analyzed using symptom checklist (SCL 90). Results: In SCL 90, the scores of the somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety were significantly higher than those of the Chinese male normals (P<0.01). Conclusion : The psychological status of patients with post-urethritis chronic prostatitis is an impediment. It is imperative to treat them psychologically in combination with medications.
