The expression of Fas/FasL on lymphocytes in peripheral blood of the patients of Parkinsons disease

摘要 目的:本文旨在通过检测帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)患者外周血液淋巴细胞Fas/FasL的表达,探讨淋巴细胞减少的原因,以及与PD患者脑内多巴胺能神经元的死亡是否存在关联。方法:以13例健康查体者为对照,用流式细胞术检测了16例PD患者外周血液Fas/FasL的表达。结果:与正常对照组相比,PD患者外周血液Fas/FasL的表达明显增高(P分别<0.01);而按照Webster量表评分及病程将PD患者分组后进行比较,Fas/FasL的表达无明显差别(P分别>0.05)。结论:PD患者外周血液淋巴细胞Fas/FasL的高表达可能是其数目减少的原因之一,也可能是免疫平衡失代偿的结果;Fas/FasL的高表达可能通过某种机制影响了脑组织,导致脑内神经元及胶质细胞Fas/FasL的信号的异常表达,其发生机制有待于进一步深入研究。 Objective: We have detected the expression of Fas/FasL on lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients of Parkinsons disease (PD) in order to discuss the death mechanism of lymphocytes and to find if there were correlation between the express of Fas/FasL on lymphocytes and the death of dopaminergic neruons in brain. Methods: We used flow cytometric to detect the expression of Fas/FasL on lymphocytes in peripheral blood of PD patients (16 cases) compared with health controls (13 cases) . Results: Fas/FasL on lymphocyte expressed strongly in PD patients compared with health controls(P <0. 01 , respectively ) ; The expression of Fas/FasL had no difference when compared with each group after grouping according to the scores in Webster list and the course of diseases, respectively (P>0.05, respectively). Conclusions: Apoptosis of lymphocytes induced by Fas/FasL may cause decrease of lymphocytes in peripheral blood. So the function of Fas/FasL was regulate the immunoreaction and keep the balance of immunity. But the excessive activation of Fas/FasL may cause the immunity abnormal, i. e. the decrease of lymphocytes in peripheral blood of PD patients.
