摘要 目的:以银浸染法显示神经组织培养中的变性纤维。方法:取大鼠胚胎脊髓前角细胞(SAMNS)培养,5d后加入急性运动性轴索型神经病(AMAN)病人血清,干预12h后用铜-银浸染法染色。结果:变性纤维呈黑色或棕黑色,正常纤维呈淡黄色。结论:银浸染法能识别神经组织培养中变性的纤维。 Objective: To show degenerated fibers in nerve tissues culture by silver impregnation method. Methods: Spinal anterior motor neurons (SAMNs) were cultured for 5 days from rat embryo. The cultured neurons were exposed in the AMAN serum for 12 hours. Then the cultured neurons were stained by copper-silver impregnation method. Results: The degenerated fibers were stained black or brown black, while the normal fibers were stained light yellow. Conclusions: Silver impregnation could distinguish the degenerated fibers in nerve tissue culture.
