摘要
目的:评价由鸵鸟松质骨制备的钙磷陶瓷支架的细胞相容性。方法:通过物理、化学方法将煅烧的鸵鸟松质骨改性为HAP/β-TCP/NaCaPO4多相钙磷陶瓷,然后分离兔骨髓基质细胞,体外扩增、诱导后接种于鸵鸟钙磷陶瓷支架。骨髓基质细胞与支架复合培养8天,通过相差显微镜、扫描电镜观察细胞在材料上的粘附、伸展及生长情况。通过细胞计数观察细胞增殖情况。结果:骨髓基质细胞在鸵鸟钙磷陶瓷支架表面及孔隙内粘附、伸展、增殖良好。结论:鸵鸟钙磷陶瓷支架具有良好的细胞相容性。
Objective To evaluate the cellular biocompatibility of ostrich calcium phosphate ceramic scaffold prepared by the ostrich cancellous bone. Methods The sintered ostrich cancellous bone were transformed into HAP/a-TCP/NaCaPO4 multiphasic calcium phosphate ceramic by physical and chemical methods.Bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) collected from rabbit were isolated , expanded and differentiated in vitro and seeded in the ostrich calcium phosphate ceramic scaffold .Then the BMSCs were cultured together with the scaffold for 8 days.Cell adhesion, spreading and growth were observed by phase contrast microscope and SEM. The proliferation of BMSCs was detected by mearuring the cell number. Results The BMSCs could attach,spread and proliferate well on the surface and pore of the scaffold. Conclusion The ostrich calcium phosphate ceramic had good biocompatibility to BMSCs.
