物理疗法在注射隆乳术后并发症处理中的应用

Application of physical treatment using on postoperative complications of augmentation mammoplasty

目的:探讨物理疗法在亲水性聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后常见并发症处理中的运用价值。方法:对照组给予常规处理,试验组在常规处理的同时对硬结、硬块辅助以乳房整体或者局部音频电治疗;血肿部位给予脉冲磁疗;无菌性炎症和胸大肌炎症反应给予微波治疗。两组运用统计学方法进行比较。结果:试验组总有效率2周为54.5%,8周为64%,16周为77.5%;对照组总有效率2周为31%,8周为47%,16周为64%。两组同时段比较P<0.01,试验组与对照组总有效率差异有显著性。结论:在注射隆乳术后常见并发症的处理中应用合理的物理疗法、治疗强度,掌握正确的治疗时机和完善的疗程可以取得良好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the worth of physical treatment in curing the postoperative complications of polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammoplasty. Methods The control group has be given the normal regulations handles.The treatment group was given the normal regulations handles,at the same time given an assistance with audiofrequency treatment to hard nodule;with pulsating electromagnetic treatment to bleeding ;with microwave treatment to aseptic inflammation and inflammation of pectoralis major mascular.Two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total efficient of treatment group is 54.5% for 2 weeks, 64% for 8 weeks,77.5% for 16 weeks.The total efficient of control group is 31% for 2 weeks,47% for 8 weeks,64% for 16 weeks.The difference of two groups was statistically significant at the same time segment (P<0.01). Conclusion A satisfactory result can be achieved with reasonable physics treatment method and strength,with timely treatment opportune moment and perfect treatment distance.
