眉部切口眼周除皱术的临床研究

目的:寻求以最小的损伤、最简单的手术操作一次性去除眼周皱纹并整复松弛的上睑,调整眉形,保留自然眉和提升外眦角的方法。方法:保留适当宽度的自然眉,切除松弛的上睑及多余的眉,悬吊眉峰及外眦角处的眼轮匝肌于骨膜上,同时切断皱眉肌及降眉肌。结果:眉外形美观自然,眼周皱纹明显减少或消失。结论:保留自然眉的眉部切口眼周除皱术,同时可完成多项改善面部老化的手术操作。

Objective To explore themost simple methods to sleek the wrinkles of canthus.This operation can retain the nature eyebrow,hoist flabby eyehid and adjust eyebrow shape. Methods To resect flabby eyelid andsurplus eyebrow,overhang the canthus muscle to the frontal bone periosteum meanwhile sever corrugator and procerus. Results The eyebrow shape is adjusted more beautiful and the wrinkles of canthus obvioushy reduce. Conclusion The eyebrow incision operation can retain the nature eyebrow while the face aged become young.
