Picosecond optical pulse generation from a 1. 3um InGaAsP laser with a multimode fiber extended resonator

本文报道采用多模光纤外腔形式,从1.3μmInGaAsP激光器中产生重复频率为1GHz的1.81ps超短光脉冲的实验结果,并对实验结果进行了讨论。

18.1ps optical pulses were obtained from a 1.3umInGaAsP laser at 1 GHz repetition rate by a multimode fiber extended resonator and the experimental results are discussed.
