摘要
本文报道氖放电气体在分别受到连续和脉冲激光微扰时产生光电压效应的实验结果,并讨论了光电压效应的产生机制。
We report and analyze the experimental results of opto-voltaic effect in neon discharge excited by either CW laser or pulsed lasers. Discussions on the possible mechanisms of these phenomena are presented.
