摘要
本文采用自洽模型,对20W铜蒸气激光器的放电动力学过程进行了数值模拟,其结果与实验相符。
We have described the kinetics of 20W copper vapor laser with self-consistent model. The results of numerical calculation, which accord with experimental results are also presented.
