摘要
本文报道了一种新的非线性光学材料ZnS·BaSO^4,其粉末二次谐波效率大约是KDP的10~3倍。并利用电子衍射对其结构特性作了分析。
A new nonlinear optical material ZnS . BaSO4 is first reported.It generates second-harmonic radiation with a powder efficiency of about one thousand times that of KDP. The structural properties of this material has been studied by electron diffraction.
