新光敏剂磺化铝酞菁在小鼠移植瘤中分布的激光荧光研究 被引量:1

摘要 血卟衍生物(HPD)对肿瘤的亲合潴留特性,是肿瘤光敏治疗的首要条件。HPD在肿瘤中的分布,大多采用荧光法测量,但由于HPD的荧光产额太低。 The fluorescence quantum yield of new photosensitizer-aluminum sulfonated phthalosyanine (AISPC) was measured as 0.53, 21 times higher than that of HPD. which shows that AISPC has potential usage in tumor detection. In vivo measurement on mouse by using He-Ne laser induced fluorescence showed that, AISFC can selectively retain in 8-180 tare cm a, and the maximum tumor; normal tissue ratio achieved 24-36 h after AISPC injection is about 2.5:1.
