摘要
分别用分光光度计和激光感生荧光技术测量了Cr^(3+):LiNbO_3晶体的吸收谱和荧光谱。测得晶体的晶场参数D_q/B=2.49,~4T_2与~5E能级的能量差⊿=114cm^(-1),~4T_2-~4A_2跃迁的发射截面σ_(?)=6.58×10^(-20)cm^2,荧光寿命τ_f=2μs。最后从理论上阐明了Cr^(3+)在LiNbO_3晶体中的能级结构。
The absorption and fluorescence spectra of the Cr3+: LiNbO3 crystal was taken with a spectrophotometer and laser-indused fluorescence technique respectively. Following results were obtained: crystal field parameter Dq/B - 2.49, energy difference of 4T2 and -E states = 114cm-1, emission cross-section of 4T2-4A2 transition = 6.58x10-20em2; and fluorescence lifelime of 4T2-4A2 transition Tf = 2us. The energy level structure of Cr3+ in LiNbO3 crystals were also explined theoretically.
