摘要
倍频晶体相位匹配角θ_m及其波长系数dθ_m(λ)/dλ是晶体固有的特性,它是评价倍频晶体和设计倍频器件的重要参数。文献[1]已给出了计算dθ_m(λ)/dλ系数的近似方法,本文介绍一种计算LiIO_3晶体不同波长时θ_m和dθ_m(λ)/dλ系数的简便方法。
In this paper, the least-square fitting method is used to obtain function relation of phase matched angle m(v) of LiIO3 crystal with wavelength of the fundamental wave. The errors of calculation of phase matched angle obtained are less than +0.1 degree within the wavelength of 0.8-1.9um. The errors of calculation for this expression is +7.6% within the wava length range of 0.8-1.9um.
