放射性^(99m)Tc标记血卟啉衍生物在膀胱肿瘤诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 利用放射性^(99m)Tc标记HpD,在对带有膀胱肿瘤的裸鼠进行肿瘤组织和正常组织内HpD的分布水平和相对放射性强度研究的基础上,对50例膀胱肿瘤及14例非肿瘤患者作静注^(99m)Tc-HpD后的放射显像,另对10例膀胱肿瘤患者行静注游离^(99m)TeO_4-的放射显像对照。结果表明:50例肿瘤患者中,41例表现为异常(82%);14例非肿瘤患者中,12例表现正常(86%),有显著性差异(P<0.05)。10例^(99m)TcO_4-受检肿瘤患者中表现出与^(99m)Tc-HpD不同的放射性分布类型,与^(99m)Tc-HpD组相比,有非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。 By use of labelled HpD with radioactive isotope ^(99m)Tc, the distribution levels in the transplanted tumors and normal tissues and the relative radioactive intensity(RRI) were studied in 36 bladder tumor hearing nude mice On this basis, 50 patients with bladder tumors and 14 normal persons were examined with radioimaging after intravenous ^(99m)Tc-HpD. The imaging with simple isotope ^(99m)T_cO_4-on 10 patients was taken as control. The results showed a satisfactory congruity between the distribution of HpD in some main organs in viva reported previously. Of b0thepatients with bladder tumors 41 demonstrated irregular images (82%) while 12 of 14 normal eases showed no abnormality (88%)with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The control imaging illustrated radioactive distribution patterns very differently with those of the ^(99m)T_C-HpD imaging. Of the 10 patients 3 showed abnormal images Hence there was a great difference existed between the experimental group and the controls (P<0.001). These suggest that ^(99m)T_c-HpD can he used to study the distribution in viva and metabolism of the HpD, that accumulation and retention of ^(99m)Tc-HpD in tumor tissues is not highly speeifie, that ^(99m)Tc-HpD radioimaging can be used to study the distribution and metabolism of HpD in human body, and if the radioactive ratio of tumor to surrouding tissues is high enaugh. it can he used to localize the tumor qualitatively.
