应用激光技术治疗痔——附1376例报告

Laser Treatment of Hemorrhoid——Report of 1376 Cases

本文较详细地介绍了应用激光技术即用CO_2及Nd:YAG激光手术刀治疗各种类型痔的临床观察。我院自1988年应用CO_2及Nd,YAG(以下简称激光手术刀)的技术治疗各种痔1376例均取得满意的治疗效果,治愈率达100％,并对有关问题进行探讨。

Since 1988, 1 376 cases suffered from hemorrhoids were treated by laser 'Knife' (CO_2 and Nd:YAG) in our out patient department. There were 826 male,550 female, aged 8-81 years old, including 776 cases of external hemorrhoids, 150 internal and 450 mixed hemorrhoids. No special preoperative preparation was required. Under local anesthesia the different type of hemorrhoids were treated by laser vaporization, excision, cauterization, irradiation and combination accordingly. After operation the patients were taken care by sitz bath and mild cathartics ambulatory. All the patients stood the operation well and cured. No recurrence and stricture of anal canal was found after 1-3 years follow-up. We recommend this new tcchnique because it is more simple and effective and can cure the disease without hospitalization.
