摘要
体育观念决定人们对体育的作用和意义的认识程度及其体育行为,运用文献资料和理论分析等方法,通过对体育价值观形成因素的分析,揭示体育价值观形成的过程和规律,以促进青少年正确体育观念的形成,提高体育文化素质,养成良好的体育行为。
Sports values determine people's awareness of sports and sports behavior. Through literature study and theoretical analysis, the authors intends to reveal the process and law of the formation of sports values so as help youngsters form correct sports values and form good sports behavior.
