摘要
探讨血管紧张素原 (AGT)基因M2 35T分子变异与哈萨克人原发性高血压 (EH)的关系 ,采用多聚酶链式反应法及限制性片段长度多态性技术 (PCR RFLP)对 132例EH(EH组 )及 75例正常者 (正常对照组 )进行AGT基因M2 35T多态性检测。新疆哈萨克族原发性高血压AGT基因型频率为TT :0 ,TM :4 1.6 7% ,MM :5 8.33% ;T2 35与M2 35等位基因频率分别 2 0 .83% ,79.17%。而对照组其相应频率分别为 0 ,4 6 .6 7% ,5 3.33% ;2 3.33% ,76 .6 7% ,两组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。按性别分组后 ,男女等位基因频率两组相比亦无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。证明AGT基因M2
To investigate the relationship between the M 235T allele polymorphism of angiotensinogen (AGT) gene and the essential hypertension in Kazakans of Xinjiang, polymerase Chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) methods were used to detect the M235T polymorphism of AGT gene in Kazakans including 132 patients and 75 normotensive controls. Results are that the genotype frequencies of M235T were TT 0,TM41.67%, MM 58.33% respectively; T235 and M235 allele frequencies were 20.83%, 79.17% respectively in hypertension group. While the corresponding frequencies were 78.38%,21.62%,0%;89.19%,10.81% respectively in control group. There was no significant difference in 235MM genotype and 235M allele frequencies of angiotensinogen between hypertension and control groups (P>0.05). In addition, T235 and M235 allele frequencies had also no statistic significance in the usbgroups classified according to sex (P>0.05). It is conclused there was no significant association found between the M235T allele polymorphism of AGT gene and essential hypertension in Kazakans of Xinjiang.
