摘要
目的观察用分离胶血液真空采集管采集的血糖标本,按其浓度与放置时间的不同进行分组,观察血糖浓度的变化情况,以评价血液葡萄糖在分离胶血液真空采血管中的变化趋势。方法(1)以葡萄糖氧化酶法对用美国BD公司的SSTⅡ惰性分离胶真实采血管采样的66例血糖标本、实验组按血糖浓度分为小于8mmol/L、8~11mmol/L之间、大于11mmol/L三组,并按采血后1、2、4和6小时分为四组并测定各组血糖浓度。(2)以同样的分离胶管采集血液标本31例,先作取血后的首次血糖测定,然后按采血后72小时再测定其血糖浓度。测定数据分别作方差分析,以观察其变化情况。结果以分离胶真空采血管采样、保存的血液标本中的葡萄糖浓度在6小时内的变化不明显,72小时内的血糖浓度变化也不大,表明3天内血液葡萄糖在分离胶真空采血管中的稳定性良好。结论分离胶血液真空采血管可在72小时内用于对血液葡萄糖的分离保存。
Objective To observe the changes of concentration of blood sugar in separation gel vacuum collective tube.Method1)The samples of blood collected with iner separation gel vacuum tube were measured by glucose oxidase method.The66samples were divided into three groups according to the concentrations of blood sugar:< 8mmol/L;8 ~ 11mmol/L and > 11mmol/L.2)At initial time and after72hours,The sugar concentrations of31samples were respectively mea sured by same method above.The data were analysed with variance.Results The concentrations of blood sugar collected and preserved in separation gel vacuum tube didn ' t change significantly within6h and72h.Conclusions These results showed blood sugar ' s stability is fine in separation gel vacuum tube within3d,This method may be used to separate and preserve blood sugar.
