摘要
该文结合radon变换和几何推理,研究了基于墙地砖边界的用于规则图案表面缺陷检测的图像配准方法。实验证明该算法简单快捷,能检测出墙地砖的一般常见缺陷。
In this paper,an automatic registration method based on the borders of ceramic tile for defects detection in the deterministic patterns printed on them is presented.It combines the Radon transform and the geometrical reasoning.The experiments have indicated that the proposed algorithm is simple and fast.It can be applied to detect the common defects of tiles.
