肌蒂移植治疗实验性脊髓损伤的电镜观察

Ultrastructural observation on grafting of muscle strap in experimental injuried spinal cord

肌蒂移植于损伤的脊髓后６ｈ，脊髓微血管壁未见血小板粘附，亦未见血管闭塞；脊髓中髓鞘水肿亦轻。术后７２ｈ，微血管畅通，肌蒂与脊髓有新生侧支血管形成：其髓鞘内结构呈现完整。术后１周，可见髓鞘修复的现象。

The muscle strap was grafted on the injured spinal cord 6h postoperatively. Neither adhesion of platelets on the vascular wall nor occlusion of the blood vessels and little edema of myelin sheaths were found. After 72h, few vessels and complete myelin sheath grew. One week later, vascular connection was appeared between the muscle strap and the spinal cord, it was adhered with myelin sheaths closely, and new myelin sheaths growing up was presented.
