摘要
讨论了影响苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体SDS(包括SBS、SIS)的甲苯溶液粘度的有关因素。实验结果表明,SDS热塑性弹性体的甲苯溶液粘度的大小都受其相对分子质量、熔体流动速率(MFR)、嵌段比大小的影响,并与其线形星形结构类型相关。一般,随着SDS相对分子质量增大,熔体流动速率减小;嵌段比降低,其甲苯溶液粘度增大,而相同嵌段比、MFR下,SBS较SIS的甲苯溶液粘度大,同时对星形与线形两种结构类型与二者相对分子质量差值有关,在相对分子质量差值较大时星形结构SDS较线形结构的甲苯溶液粘度要大。
In this thesis the relationship between structure parameters of styrenic thermoplastic elastomer SDS (SBS、SIS) and its toluene solution viscosity was discussed. The experimental result showed that the toluene solution viscosity (TSV) is influenced by the structure parameter of these two kinks of SDS such as molecular weight, block ratio, MFR, and structure style. The MFR decreasing with increasing of molecular weight; TSV increasing with decreasing block ratio, and when difference of molecure weight is large, the TSV of starring SDS is more than that of line SDS. when SDS has the same MFR and block ratio, the TSV of SBS is more than that of SIS.
