椎间盘髓核与纤维环中蛋白多糖的研究 被引量:9

摘要 测定新生儿、正常及退变椎间盘髓核和纤维环中的生化成份,结果显示;髓核的糖醛酸,总己糖胺均高干纤维环;在正常和退变的椎间盘,纤维环的羟脯氨酸明显高于髓核的含量;新生儿及正常组,髓核中葡萄糖胺与半乳糖胺含量之比均低于纤维环中二者之比。新生儿及退变髓核中蛋白质与糖醛酸之比均明显低于纤维环中二者之比,但退变椎间盘髓核与纤维环中蛋白质与糖醛酸之比均较新生儿与正常组高得多。表明髓核与纤维环中蛋白多糖的组成和含量均有明显不同。各组之间也存在明显不同,这些变化影响髓核和纤维环的结构和功能。可能是导致椎间盘突出的物质基础。 A control study on the biochemical components in the NP and AF of infant, normal and herniated discs are reported herein. The contents of uronic acid and hexosamine in NP of all three groups are, much higher than that in AF. Hydroxyproline contents in normal and degenerative Ac are higher than that in NP. The ratio of glucosamine to galactosamine in the infant NP are lower than that in AF, so it is in the normal group. The ratios of protein to uronic acid in infant and degenerative NP are lower than that in AF. But the ratios of. protein to uronic acid in the degenerative CP and AF are much higher than that in infant and normal groups. It also showed an increased protein and a decreased proteoglycan contents in the degenerative NP and AF. The changes may have some harmful effects on the NP and AF properties and may be a potential cause of disc herniation.
