肾衰胶囊对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠细胞凋亡的影响

Influence of Shenshuai Capsule on Renal Tissue Apoptosis of Rats with Chronic Renal Failure

目的 :探讨肾衰胶囊对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :用Wistar大鼠灌服腺嘌呤造模 ,分高、低剂量组及尿毒清组治疗 ,原位末端标记法检测肾组织细胞凋亡 ,免疫组化检测Fas、Bcl 2肾内表达水平。结果 :高剂量组肾功能指标改善与尿毒清组比较 ,差异均有显著性。对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾小管上皮细胞凋亡有明显抑制作用 ,抑制Fas基因表达 ,提高Bcl 2基因表达。结论 :肾衰胶囊能明显抑制细胞凋亡 ,调节Fas/Bcl 2。提示这可能是其延缓肾功能衰竭进展的作用机理之一。

Objective: To explore the influence of Shenshuai Capsule on renal tissue apoptosis of Wistar rats with chronic renal failure. Method: Wistar rats were fed with adenine to establish chronic renal failure model, and then they were divided into three groups separately fed with Shenshuai capsule(high or low dosage) and Niaoduqing. RIA, immunohistochemical method and electron microscopy were used. Results: The parameters of renal function between the treatment group (high dosage) and the Niaoduqing group were significantly different respectively. Shenshuai capsule could inhibit tubular epicyte apoptosis and Fas genetic expression, and improve Bcl-2 genetic expression. Conclusion: Shenshuai capsule could inhibit epicyte apoptosis, and adjust Fas genetic expression. Bcl-2 genetic expression indicated that this may be one of the mechanism to postpone the renal failure by Shunshuai capsule.
