摘要
目的 :考察刺五加中游离异嗪皮啶的提取工艺和结合型异嗪皮啶的水解工艺。方法 :采用正交设计 ,考察溶剂量 (A)、提取时间 (B)和提取次数 (C) 3个因素对游离异嗪皮啶含量的影响及水解时间 (a)、H2 SO4浓度 (b)、H2 SO4量 (c)对结合型异嗪皮啶含量的影响 ,优化提取工艺。结果 :优化后的提取工艺为 :用 12倍量甲醇 ,提取 6 0min ,提取 3次。水解工艺为 :10倍量 ,15 %硫酸 ,水解 2h。结论 :正交设计优化后的条件可作为刺五加中异嗪皮啶的提取工艺。
Objective:To optimize the extraction and hydrolytic condition of isofraxidin in Ciwujia.Methods:The study was carried out through orthogoral experimental design.The content of isofraxidin was determined as marker to evaluate the effect on the extraction and hydrolytic condition of different process.Results:The optimum extraction condition was 12 times methanol and 3 times for sixty minutes every time. And the optimum hydrolytic condition was that hydrolysis for two hours, ten times amount of 15% sulfuric acid at 100℃.
