摘要
叙述了以锰尘和钛白废酸为原料制备醋酸锰的方法 ,通过试验 ,对合成酸度、温度、原料配比、过滤的温度的影响等进行了讨论 ,并在试验的基础上得出了正确的工艺条件 ,生产出了达到化工部质量标准的产品。工艺简单合理 ,收率较好 ,对废酸、废料进行了综合利用 。
The methods of preparation of manganese acetate from waste acid of titanium dioxide and manganese dust were described.The reaction time , temperature, material proportion and temperature of filter were discussed and correct process conditions were found out,product was prepared accoding to HGB standerd.this process was simplicity and had not pollution to environment, its result had good economy profit and development future.
