摘要
介绍的化学反应釜微机集散控制系统采用智能Smith模糊控制算法 ,使反应釜的温度获得最佳控制效果。用 3台下位微机对 3台 1吨化学反应釜的温度系统进行自动控制 ,由 1台上位微机进行管理 ,实现了控制自动化 ,管理现代化 ,提高了产品的质量 。
Computer collecting and distributing control system of the chemical reaction kettle adopting intellectual Smith fuzzy control algorithms was introduced, which enabled the temperature of the cauldron reaction obtaining the best control effect.
