摘要
应用高频红外碳硫仪 ,建立了硅铁合金中超低硫测定方法 ,对选择适当的测定条件如助熔剂、分析时间等进行了探讨 ,最佳测定条件 :最大工作电流为 4 0 0~ 4 80mA ;载气纯度为 99.99% ;陶瓷坩埚需经 110 0℃灼烧 2h后 ,可使空白降至最小 ;硫元素最短分析时间为 4 0s,比较水平为 5 .0 0。
A rapid method for the determination of sulfur in silicon alloys by using high frequency-infrared absorption was presented,the analytical conditions were discussed,such as flux,analytical time. The optimum conditions of measurement were as follow: work current was 400~480 mA;purity of oxyen was 99.99 %;analytical time was 40 s for sulfur.
