摘要
目的 探讨肠内免疫营养剂用于结直肠癌手术前准备对病人免疫功能的影响。方法 将 4 0例结直肠癌病人随机分为肠内免疫营养组 (EN组 ) 2 0例 ,传统方法组 (对照组 ) 2 0例。EN组用免疫营养剂作术前肠道准备 ,传统方法组采用禁食、机械灌肠和口服抗生素。结果 肠功能恢复时间比较 ,EN组为 (2 8 4± 5 8)h ,对照组为 (5 9 3± 7 5 )h ,两组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1 ) ;EN组肠道准备前与术后各免疫功能指标比较无统计学意义(P >0 0 5 ) ,对照组术后各免疫功能指标较肠道准备前有显著下降 (P <0 0 1 ) ,两组免疫功能指标肠道准备前与术后差异相比较有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;术后并发症发生率的比较无统学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 采用肠内免疫营养剂作结直肠癌手术前准备可改善病人免疫功能 ,保证肠道良好的清洁度 ,并能加快术后肠功能恢复时间 ,手术后并发症少。
Objective To explore the effects of enteral immunonutrition product as a preoperative preparation on immune function of rectal cancer patient Methods Forty patient with rectal cancer were randomized into two groups Twenty patients in the enteral nutrition groug(EN group) were applied with enteral nutrition product as a kind of liquid diet Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the recovery time of intestines function( P <0 01);In the EN group, the change of immune functional parameters before preoperative bowel perparation had no significant difference compared with that of post operation( P >0 05) In the control group, the change of immune functional parameters after post operation were significantly lower( P <0 01); In two groups, there were significant differences between the preoperative bowel preparation ( P <0 05) The incidence of complication was of no significance in two groups( P >0 05) Conclusion Enteral immunonutrition product could apply to the pre operation bowel preparation It can improve immune function, make the colon clear, shorten the recovery time of intestines function and decrease the complication
