阴道镜检查配合HPV-DNA检测诊断宫颈病变的意义(综述)

摘要综述阴道镜观察诊断的原理、适应证和临床价值。说明阴道镜对诊断CIN和宫颈癌是一项很有价值的筛查方法。阴道镜检查定位活检结合HPV DNA检测 ,提高CIN和早期宫颈癌诊断的准确性 ,是目前最好的筛选方法。
