抗银方治疗寻常型银屑病139例疗效观察

Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris by Kagyin Decoction and Its Instant Granules: A Clinical Observation of 139 Cases

目的:观察自拟抗银方治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法:将195例银屑病随机分为3组,汤剂组煎服抗银方治疗,冲剂组服抗银方颗粒冲剂,对照组口服复方青黛丸。结果:汤剂组、冲剂组和对照组的总有效率分别是94.3％、92.3％和78.6%,汤剂组、冲剂组疗效均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗银方治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著,有应用价值。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Kangyin Decoction (KD) and its instant granules (KIG) for psoriasis vul- garis (PV). Methods: 195 cases of PV were allocated to 3 groups randomly, the decoction group was treated by KD, the instant gran- ule group by KIG and the control group by oral use of compound Indigo Naturalis Pill. Results: The total effective rates in 3 groups were 94. 3%, 92. 3% and 78. 6% respectively, and the curative ef fects of KD and KIG were siginficantly better than the control (P < 0.05). Conclusion: KD and KIG possess good curative effect for PV and is valuable for application.
