摘要
中原油田属极复杂断块油田 ,每年因油管失效造成极大的经济损失。通过油管失效形貌的分析研究 ,确定了抽油杆摩擦致使油管内壁形成沟槽式破坏并伴随井内介质综合腐蚀和井内液体冲刷的共同作用 ,是中原油田油管失效的主要原因。
For Zhongyuan Oil Field belonging to the complex part oil field,the large loss was suffered every year for disabled oil pipe.Through the analysis of oil pipe disabled,the main causes for disable oil pipe in Zhongyuan Oil Field has been determined as following:the inside wall of oil pipe damaged in notch by frictions,oil corrosion and the liquid washing out.
