摘要
本加工仿真系统以Windows2 0 0 0为平台 ,利用VisualC ++6 .0开发工具进行程序编制。利用基于OpenGL的计算机仿真和动画技术 ,采用基于数控代码的仿真方法 ,设计了NC代码编辑器 ,便于用户进行手工编程 ;设计了数控程序检查器和解释器 ,很好的解决了数控代码的计算机识别和分析问题 ;设计了仿真模块 ,很好的实现了数控车削加工的三维仿真。
The Windows2000 is used as the platform of the processing simulation system. In this system the computer programming is done through Visual C++ 6.0 development tool. In this system, the NC code editor is convenient for the user to programming; the NC program checker and interpreter is used to solve the computer identifying and analysis problem of the NC code; and the simulation module realize the 3D simulation of the NC turning. All above are designed by the computer simulation and the animation technic based on OpenGL and the simulation technique based on the NC code.
