摘要
以东莞市松山湖高科技产业园为例,从中观的角度探讨在政府主导开发的背景下高科技产业园对周边城乡地区的影响。通过对大朗镇的考察,认为松山湖科技产业园将会在空间、产业、对外竞争等方面对大朗镇产生重大的影响,与松山湖科技产业园的协调发展对于大朗镇而言既是机遇也是挑战。
Hi-tech industrial park is a new pattern of modern industrial organization, it can generate great influence on the regional development. A case study of the Songshan Lake Sci.& Tech Industrial Park in Dongguan is made, in which the influence of the park on the nearby regions especially under the background of government is studied. It is concluded that the construction of Hi-tech Industrial Park will change the spatial structure, industry and economy of the surrounding towns.
