摘要
结构方程建模 (SEM)作为多元回归、路径分析等传统统计分析方法的强有力替代者 ,在社会科学领域的研究中得到广泛应用。但传统的SEM方法由于不能判别研究者施加的一些不适当的度量和结构约束 ,往往得不到令人满意的模型拟合优度 ,本文通过增加一套识别、调整不适当约束的程序改进了SEM方法 ,并以中国IT分销行业客户重复购买意向决定因素 (CRM的焦点问题之一 )的实证研究为例 。
As a powerful replacement of traditional statistical method such as multi-regression and path analysis,structure equation modeling(SEM)has been used widely in social science area. However,traditional SEM does not get satisfying goodness of fit,because it is not able to identify some unsuitable restrictions of measurement and structure.The methodology of SEM is improved by means of a set of programs identifying and adjusting bad restricts.The improved of SEM is applied in CRM experimental research based on China distribution industry and its good application effect is proved.
