约氏疟原虫(P.yoelii yoelii)在裸鼠与 ICR 纯系小鼠体内的发育不同,在裸鼠体内红细胞的感染率上升幅度小,死亡日期明显推迟,裂殖体率低,每个裂殖体核数少,但多感染率和配子体率都高于纯系鼠,这些差别都依赖于宿主的免疫状态。

The developments of Plasmodium yoelii yoelii in nude and normal mice are different.In nude mice theascending slope of infection rate of RBC is slow,the date of death is obviously postponed,the schizont rateis low,the number of nuclei per schizont is less,the percentages of multiple—infected red blood cell and ga-metocytes is higher than that in the normal animals.These development characteristics are dependent on theimmunlolgieal stage of the host.
