Design of PCI South Bridge Based on IP

南桥是 PCI总线的重要部分 .本文在概要介绍 PCI南桥功能的基础上 ,对 PCI南桥进行了模块划分 ,并对各个模块进行了实现 ,最后进行了 FPGA实现 ,并在系统上进行了验证 .证明了所设计的 PCI南桥的功能完全正确 。

South Bridge is an important unit of PCI. In this paper, based on the introduction of the function of South Bridge, we divide the South Bridge into several parts and design every part respectively. Finally we implement the South Bridge in FPGA and test it on a system. From the result, we can conclude that the function of the South Bridge designed by us is fully correct, and can use in system effectively.
