摘要
结合信息论理论,提出了采用互信息熵来度量和评价测量效果,形成了测量信息的基本概念。建立了测量的信息熵模型,提出了计算测量信息的公式,研究了在测量和数据处理过程中测量熵的变化,总结出4点有益的结论,并给出了实例予以演示和说明。理论和实例表明,分析测量过程的熵变化对提高测量技术,透彻了解测量本质特性有着重要的意义。
Measurement is a process to capture information. Combined with the information theory, the measurement effect can be evaluated by interactive information entropy, so the concept of measurement information is proposed. Then, the entropy model and the formula for measurement information are established, the entropy changes in the measurement process are discussed. At last, four points of conclusion and two examples are presented. The research result shows analysis on measurement entropy is usefully to comprehend measurement deeply.
