摘要
利用自制的冲击碰撞疲劳试验装置和有关分析测试设备对激光覆层零件进行了多冲碰撞试验和失效分析。发现在反复多次冲击碰撞力作用下 ,覆层零件表现出表面裂纹、表面塑性变形、表面点蚀和覆层崩落等多种失效形式。
Using self made impact fatigue test instruments and related analytic devices, the mechanical components with laser cladding layer have been attempted. it is found that, on repeated impact force, the various of failure mode of the components include the surface crackle, surface plastic deformation, corrosive pitting and coat collapse, etc. The paper reported the test method and initial analysis conclusions about the unique failure characteristics of the mechanical components on repeated impact load.
