猪囊虫体表抗原用于 ELISA 诊断囊虫病的研究

THE STUDY ON DIAGNOSIS OF CYSTICERCOSIS USING ELISA With CYSTICERCUS CELLULOSAE SURFACE ANTIGEN

应用猪囊尾蚴体表抗原对66例临床确诊的囊虫病人用 ELISA 进行检测,同时以囊液粗抗原作比较观察。阳性率分别为95.5%和68.2%,两者差异非常显著(P<0.005)。两种抗原对同批血清的反应强度也呈现明显差异(P<0.05)。用囊虫体表抗原和囊液粗抗原同时检测50名健康人血清,假阳性率分别为2%与12%;两种抗原与10例包虫病人血清分别有8例和4例出现交叉反应。

This paper reports that the surface antigen and the crude cystfluid antigen of cysticercus cellulosae wereboth used in ELISA for the detection of specific antibodies in 66 clinically confirmed cases with cysticercosis,with the positive rates of 95.5% and 68.2% respectively,showing a significant difference(P<0.005).Besides,apparent difference of the intensity of reaction of the two kinds of antigens with the same batch ofsera(P<0.05)were observed.When detecting the 50 sera from normal persons employing the surfaceantigen and the crude cyst fluid antigen,a false positive rate of 2% and 12% were found respectively.Inaddition,cross reaction of the former with 8 cases and of the latter with 4 cases were observed when used fordetection of the 10 cases with hydatidosis.
