摘要
本文分析了发达国家和发展中国家私人部门投资农业科研的基本状况 ,分析表明 ,在发达国家和发展中国家公共部门农业科研投资增速呈下降趋势的同时 ,私人部门在农业科研投资中的地位越来越重要。研究认为 ,经济利益是驱使私人部门投资农业技术创新的根本原因 ,产品市场空间大、可以通过建立排除机制以独占其投资收益的农业科研是私人部门投资的领域。
The article analyses the trends that the growth rate of public investme nt in agr iculture R&D is reduced in the developed and developing country, and the private investment is becoming more and more important. The author think that profitabi lity is the main determinant of private-sector participant in agriculture techno logy innovation, and the main areas of private investment in agriculture technol ogy innovation are that the market size of the technology products is large and the returns of technology products are appropriable through exclusion mechanisms .The main government policies are described in the final paragraph
