卫氏并殖吸虫的组织化学观察 被引量:1

摘要 本文对卫氏并殖吸虫成虫体内16种组化物质的定位和分布进行了研究。结果表明:虫体内的糖原在实质组织中最丰富;G—6—Pase在皮层、皮下层呈中等阳性反应;蛋白质、RNA和DNA以卵巢、卵黄腺或睾丸处含量最多;酚酶仅在卵黄腺和卵壳处有较强的活性;ACPase主要分布在肠上皮及皮层内;AKPase在排泄囊壁、子宫壁、卵巢及睾丸处呈阳性反应;ATPase活性以皮层、皮下层等处最显著;MAO主要分布在皮层、皮下层、实质组织及肠上皮内;SDH和MDH酶活性在肠上皮、皮层及皮下层处最强;中性脂肪以肠管和肠内容物着色反应最明显;Est在虫体的皮下层及肠壁处呈中等阳性反应;脂酶仅在皮层、皮下层等处可见少量酶颗粒存在;AChE活性在皮下层呈中等阳性反应。 We have observed the locations of 16 kinds of histochemical components in the adult Paragonimus westermani. The results show: 1. the glycogen rich in the parenchyma; the protein, RNA and DNA abund—antly in vitellarium ovary and testis. 2. MAO mainly in the tegument, subtegument, parenchyma and intestinal epithels; phenolase with strong activity in the vitellarium and oval shell.; the strong positive reaction for SDH and MDH in the intestinal epithels, tegument and subtegument; the positive reaction for AKPase in the walls of excretory bladder, uterus, ovary and testis; the positive reaction for ACPase in the tegument and intestinal epthelia; the tegument, subtegument,suckers and pharynx with strong activity for ATPase; the distributions of G—6—Pase seen in the tegument, subtegument, parenchyma and intestine. 3. The intestinal wall and the contents of intestine with the strong reaction for lipid; the moderate positive for Est seen in the subtegument and intestinal wall; a few of granulars of Lipase in the tegument, subtegument, intestine, suckers and parenchyma; the positive reaction for AChE in subtegument, sucker, pharynx and a part of parenchyma.
