员工职业生涯设计是现代企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分。本文通过笔者亲自参与的某企业人力资源管理咨询项目,展示了员工职业生涯设计的具体操作方案。
The career planning and development program is the vital part of modern Human Resource Management. The main idea of this article is the specific process of the analysis, summary and demonstration of the career planning and development program of one real company.
