高校独立学院的负外部效应及其矫正

On the negative external effects of colleges and its countermeasures for colleges as independent institutes

高校独立学院是近年来我国高等教育发展过程中出现的新生事物,有待进一步规范和完善。本文从经济学的角度分析了独立学院的基本特点与负外部效应的主要表现,并提出了矫正其负外部效应的基本对策。

This paper suggests that colleges,as independent institutes of a university,are new to the traditional higher education system and,as such,are in meed of further standardization and improvement.With an analysis of their characteristics and negative external effects,done from the economical perspective,the writer offers her countermeasures as the basic remedy.
