空气负离子在空气中含量的多少是生态环境优劣的标志之一 ,在一定浓度下 ,空气中的负离子对人体具有保健、治疗的功能 ,负离子作为“蓝色维他命”和“空气长寿素”已越来越受到人们的关注。本文从概念以及其作用等方面阐述了空气负离子与人类健康的密切关系 ,并以山东蒙山等地为例 ,分析了不同地区和林地中负离子的分布特点。在大气污染日益加剧 ,大气质量尚未好转的情况下 。

The concentration of aero-anion is one of the most important indexes to evaluate the quality of environment. People paid more and more attention to aero-anion because it was admitted as 'blue Vitamin'. This paper demonstrated the close relationship between aero-anion and health from the aspect of definition and its effects,then gave the actual examples of Mengshan Mountain etc. in Shandong province. With the more pollution of the atmosphere, fortunately, we can benefit from the high aero-anion in all kinds of forests and other similar places in China.
